About Me

*

I'm still looking for words that will best describe me as a whole... "unpredictable" maybe.

*

Pics will best describe me physically, testimonials will best describe my personality, and read my blogs for it will tell you how I view things around me. That's the only way to know a person deeply.

*

Click "more" at the bottom of this window to view my i.ph profile, the pics that I uploaded and you may try to listen to some of my favorite songs - just check my play list. Hope you'll enjoy your visit to this generic homepage.

*

Also, don't forget to leave me a message. There's a shoutbox at the bottom left part of this page. Just click "Leave a message" then type your name and message, email & url are optional. Godbless!

Highlights of March

Saturday, March 31, 2007

just to keep you updated…

Start of first sem na naman, new faces, new students, and a new set of student-friends.. i have four new student assistants namely: joseph, jayson, jayR, and dennis.. my former SA's are now staying in their lab rooms for their final projects.

I forgot to mention in my previous posts that i am the current chairman of the filipino community here in daegu. Our groups name is Taegu Filipino Community Council. I gained lots of pinoy friends, feels like im in pinas every sunday! Last march 10 & 11, we had this activity for pinoys. Representatives from the Philippine Embassy in Seoul visited our office to conduct application for lost passports, renewal of passports and travel documents, and labor counselling. It was a great chance for me to personally meet prominent people like Consul Jed Dayang, Welfare Officer Beth Estrada with her boss Labor Attache Sabulao, H.E. Susan Castrence, and others who really worked hard to make the event successful.

March 20-23, I attended the Migration Seminar (not work related though) in Daejon. Super remote nung venue and super quiet sa paligid. I was informed that it is a seminary house. The sad part was, i brought less than 1 pack of dunhill only kaya i was craving for yosi nung 2nd day pa lang. i met several pinoys but all of them are social workers - from an ordinary person, nuns, and 3 pinoy priests. Thanks to Father Go (he's Pinoy, Gorgonio is his real name) for saving my life kc he gave me a pack of Hope cigarettes haha. Thanks to Moka and Donald for taking care of my pad and my doggie cheena while i was in Daejon.

The day after, 24th of March, I attended the welcome party for freshmen students. After the event, we watched movie in my favorite movie house - MMC.

Moka was confined in hospital from March 28-31 due to car accident. It wasn't his fault. I stayed there overnight and was able to make peace with his mom.

I'm quite bored so i decided to watch videos in youtube. I'm searching for Charice Pempengco's videos then i saw a preview of regine's video. From regine, there was dessa's video then comes Churang Cuneta's video - Michael V.'s spoof of Sharon Cuneta.

Chaka is a gay lingo meaning "So Ugly" and this video is a spoof of Sa Kanya by Sharon Cuneta. I've seen several videos of him but this one is my favorite. Luv the lyrics.
