sleepless nights
Tuesday, June 24, 2008My summer classes started yesterday from 9am-1pm. Sunday night, I tried to sleep early but i kept on tossing and turning till I realized that my eyes are already staring my blank ceiling. I then decided to fry besuto prawn cracker while listening to light music using my home theater. I didn’t care if my neighbors will complain!
Right after that, I sat on my bed, muching the crackers, stoped the music and started watching TV. After a certain TV show which didn’t really sink in coz my brain was so occupied by you, I decided to go online and watch Phil. TV shows.
Darn I really miss you. Never missed you like this before.
Later it’s dawn so without any sleep, I prepared for ofc.. I went home past 2pm and took a nap. Woke up around 6pm and took my first meal for the day.
Same routine. Log on to Internet. Watch TV shows. It’s midnight so have to rest, but I still miss you. Missing you so so bad. I still can’t sleep. Stared at the view in my veranda. Puffed few sticks of my cuban cigarette. Darn I still miss you.
It’s not good when we’re fighting, it’s also not good when we’re okay ‘coz I dont wanna stop talking to you. We’ve never been this okay since we started hence I miss you every time you sign out.
Drank some alcohol but still can’t sleep. Found my self blogging just to release the thoughts of missing you. It’s already tuesday, have to take shower and prepare for ofc.
boys next door in korea
Thursday, June 5, 2008
March this year, I got an offline message in YM from Tita Mildred - Marky Cielo’s mom - telling me that Marky’s TV series “Boys Next Door” will be available in Korea.
We became close nung sumasali pa lang si Marky sa Starstruck. I remember posting half a million online votes each week using my student assistants and the PC Lab of Yeungjin College… and significant text votes during the final week, and just as expected - he won.

For those who doesn’t know it yet, you can watch Boys Next Door (the title was changed to “My Brother” or 나의형제들 in Korean) through KBS Drama channel if you have cable channels every Sunday, 1:30AM. Yeap, it’s that early. KBS Drama is a pay TV channel managed and operated by KBS N, a subsidiary company of KBS - one of the biggest Korean television networks. If I am right, Boys Next Door is the first Filipino series made available here in Korea (correct me if I’m wrong) .

I asked my student about the ratings of the show and he said it’s not gaining much popularity. Obviously, who will watch TV at 1:30AM of Sunday?! Soju and other alcoholic drinks are more popular at this hour. Congats though to Marky and his co-stars!
on for a long wait
Wednesday, June 4, 2008Haaay today’s the last day of my classes at yeungjin, I’m happy ‘coz I only have to prepare the clothes that I will wear for office - no need to prepare lessons, exercises and others. By tomorrow, I won’t have classes anymore but I still have to go to office and report for work, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week! Urgh! I will be paid for blogging and chatting for the next months!
What will I do during summer break? It’ll be a boring summer… makes me wanna go back to Pinas, sayang naman ang multiple entry visa ko. It’s risky though kasi I’m not really on vacation so taks-takas lang, plus airfare is quite expensive kasi it’s peak season. Bahala na! I’m impulsive naman!
First day of classes will start on August 25.
letting go of marriage is a NO NO

…and what do I know about marriage?
Being apart is not actually a big problem, growing apart and getting used to being apart is the problem. I was a victim too…

Who am I to write anything about marriage? Di pa naman ako ikinakasal di ba… but I’ve witnessed a lot of marriages na. Some started sweet ended sour, some started sour, till now sour pa din lolz, some don’t know how it started but at least they’re still together, while some know how it all began but don’t know their current status…
rare aiza
Monday, June 2, 2008
Sa kalikutan ng kamay ko, I stumbled across a website containing the latest in showbiz and saw Aiza Seguera’s picture. At first glance, I thought it’s Jinky Vidal’s pic. I find it interesting kc they were able to ask Aiza to pose and look feminine and even put on a wig!

Trivia: I was an Aiza fan when I was in High School. I remember sending her a letter and requesting for a picture… hahaha… and guess what? I got one with her signature pa! I think I still keep that pic in Pinas.
