About Me

*

I'm still looking for words that will best describe me as a whole... "unpredictable" maybe.

*

Pics will best describe me physically, testimonials will best describe my personality, and read my blogs for it will tell you how I view things around me. That's the only way to know a person deeply.

*

Click "more" at the bottom of this window to view my i.ph profile, the pics that I uploaded and you may try to listen to some of my favorite songs - just check my play list. Hope you'll enjoy your visit to this generic homepage.

Also, don't forget to leave me a message. There's a shoutbox at the bottom left part of this page. Just click "Leave a message" then type your name and message, email & url are optional. Godbless!

Recalling the first job hunting after working abroad

the story prior to landing a job in Telus/Harte-Hanks…

I had difficulty in choosing where to work last year. My main target at that time was to work with BPO company ‘coz I know it pays well as compared to Cavite State University (sorry for the comparison but I worked there for 7 years hence I have no first-hand info other than this). Yeah they do. About 8,000 higher than CvSU plus benefits like functional Health Insurance & they even covered my dependents, I’ve used it in St. Lukes & I paid 0.00 pesos! My father used it in DLSU-UMC & paid nothing as well.

End of March last year, I first applied in IBM-Daksh and I was asked to wait until May for their Apple-Mac account to open. Hmmn I can’t wait that long so I applied in Concentrix (Synnex Corp.), surprisingly, they pay a lot better than IBM. I attended the orientation but during the first day of training, I requested to defer my training and decided to apply in Sitel instead. Dang, I’m applying for entry position only in ops but they recommended me to IT position. Yoko nga. Then applied in Telus and since I’m already tired of hopping from one company to another, I decided to stay. Also, I was challenged by that “cute” chinese interviewer. Mukang antipatiko kc but later on we bacme close din naman.

Staying for a year in Telus is something that I really need for me to realize a lot of things.
